Motion 03262008-1: Motion made by Earl Johnson, seconded by Jim Wettlaufer to accept the minutes of March 19th meeting as read, all in favor.
Motion 03262008-2: Motion made by Earl Johnson, seconded by Christian Petersen to accept and sign VADAR contract amendment as read, all in favor.
Contract for grant to Geosyntec of Acton, MA to design the process to correct the drainage problem on Hamilton Reservoir.
Warrants were signed and delivered to the Treasurer.
Motion 03262008-8: Motion made by Earl Johnson, seconded by Christian Petersen to adjourn the meeting at 7:15 p.m., all in favor.
